Role Overview
The Business Development Representative will focus on qualifying leads, performing outbound calls, setting appointments, and tracking sales activities. This role supports the sales team by ensuring qualified prospects are engaged, meetings are scheduled consistently, and outreach progress is accurately documented using internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify potential leads through outbound calling and prospecting
Engage prospects to identify needs, pain points, and interest in solutions
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
Maintain a consistent flow of appointments and track outreach efforts
Update and track leads, appointments, and sales activities in Monday.com
Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, challenges, and results
Build rapport with prospects through clear and professional communication
Handle follow-ups and respond to inquiries to keep prospects engaged
Qualifications
Strong experience in outbound calling and lead qualification
Experience using Monday.com or similar CRM platforms to track leads and activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple outreach efforts
