Our client is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support a high-volume, multi-channel marketing team across four distinct brands. This role is responsible for producing digital, print, social media, web, and light motion assets while maintaining consistent brand quality and scalable creative systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and creative leadership to deliver visually compelling assets that support marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality creative assets across multiple brands and marketing channels. The Creative Designer will produce digital and print collateral, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, product marketing materials, and light video assets while maintaining brand consistency and developing scalable design systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organization, can manage multiple priorities, and consistently delivers polished, production-ready creative.
Fully Remote | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
Design and execute creative assets across four distinct brands while maintaining each brand's visual identity and messaging standards.
Adapt campaigns and creative concepts across multiple brands while preserving consistency and differentiation.
Maintain visual hierarchy, typography, and color consistency across campaigns.
Create brochures, product sheets, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
Design event and trade show assets, including signage, banners, and print materials.
Ensure all creative assets are visually consistent, production-ready, and aligned with brand standards.
Design static posts, carousels, infographics, and short-form video assets optimized for each platform.
Support social campaigns with engaging branded creative.
Assist with social media copy, scheduling, and posting workflows.
Design website banners, hero images, product graphics, comparison charts, icons, and infographics.
Create visual assets supporting SEO, lead generation, and conversion-focused web experiences.
Produce and edit short-form marketing videos, product demonstrations, and animated graphics.
Design email campaigns and templates compatible with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
Support web assets for landing pages and digital marketing campaigns.
Optimize layouts while maintaining strong branding and usability.
Perform image editing, background removal, compositing, color correction, and photo enhancement.
Retouch product photography to ensure consistency across campaigns.
Build modular templates for marketing campaigns and communications.
Develop scalable creative systems that improve production efficiency.
Document templates, workflows, and brand guidelines.
Maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints.
Ensure visual accuracy and production quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing objectives.
Communicate effectively with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Follow creative approval processes and maintain organized asset libraries.
Manage multiple high-priority requests while meeting deadlines.
Experience supporting multi-brand marketing environments.
Experience creating print and digital marketing materials.
Experience designing social media, web, and email marketing assets.
Experience producing brochures, product sheets, comparison charts, sales collateral, and other marketing materials.
Experience building templates and scalable design systems.
Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work across print, digital, web, and social media.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Strong knowledge of print and digital production best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Experience with Canva.
Experience with Figma.
Experience with Adobe XD.
Experience with PowerPoint.
Experience with Google Slides.
Experience creating email templates in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot 365.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as Brandfolder or Bynder is a plus.
High-quality marketing assets are consistently delivered on time.
