With an expanding calendar of events and a collaborative internal team, they are looking for a seasoned events professional to take full ownership of their event production function and help elevate every experience they deliver.
Role Overview:
The Event Manager will own the full lifecycle of event planning and execution — from initial concept and vendor coordination through day-of production and post-event reporting. This role is central to how the organization connects with its community, requiring someone who thrives under pressure, brings exceptional organizational discipline, and can lead logistics across multiple concurrent events. The Event Manager will serve as the operational backbone of all live experiences, conferences, and special productions, ensuring every event is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, community events, live productions, and special experiences
Build and manage detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules
Finalize all event preparation elements ahead of each experience to ensure smooth delivery
Serve as the primary point of accountability for on-the-ground event execution
Vendor & Venue Coordination
Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and venues across all event types
Maintain vendor relationships and keep records of contacts, contracts, and deliverables
Ensure all production elements are confirmed, present, and operational ahead of each event
Budget & Logistics Management
Oversee event budgets, tracking spend against approved allocations and flagging variances early
Manage logistics including equipment, materials, staffing, and on-site coordination
Audit and update all event assets on a regular cadence to ensure accuracy and readiness
Internal Coordination & Communication
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on event needs, timelines, and responsibilities
Communicate event status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
Prepare and submit event checklists and meeting agendas for leadership review and approval
Manage all event-related correspondence, responding to urgent communications promptly
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain thorough event documentation including checklists, status reports, and post-event summaries
Complete weekly event reporting workflows and submit deliverables to upline leadership on schedule
Support the organization's broader calendar management and planning infrastructure
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, including conferences, community events, or live productions
3+ years of hands-on experience in an events management, event production, or closely related role
Proven track record managing vendor relationships and venue coordination across multiple concurrent events
Experience overseeing event budgets and managing logistics from pre-event through post-event
Background using project management tools and Google Workspace in a professional setting
Experience with event planning software is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships
