Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital design assets that support marketing, advertising, and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on creative role where the designer will take projects from ideation through execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand identity, visual standards, and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Production

• Create print collateral, digital ads, and marketing materials for luxury real estate brands

• Produce designs that support strategic advertising and marketing campaigns, enhancing the overall customer experience

• Take creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback from marketing and operations teams

• Prepare final designs for print, ensuring proper file formats and resolution

Creative Development

• Establish new creative components for advertising and marketing efforts

• Innovate and develop fresh designs to elevate the customer journey and brand presentation

• Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts using strong design principles and artistic aptitude

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with project goals

• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity

• Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, providing rationale behind creative decisions

Qualifications

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within real estate or luxury brands

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and creative projects

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and AI tools

• Experience with video editing software (nice to have)

• Solid understanding of web design constraints and platform capabilities

• Strong graphic and visual design skills, including knowledge of color theory, visual hierarchy, and design best practices

• Artistic aptitude for creating eye-catching and effective graphics

• Ability to design for both print and digital mediums, balancing creativity and functionality

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to feedback while maintaining creative integrity
