Our client is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to support the rapid production of creative assets across paid and organic marketing channels. Working within a fast-paced marketing environment, the team develops creative campaigns that require high-volume asset production, performance-driven design, and scalable creative workflows. They are looking for a designer who can independently execute from high-level marketing briefs, leverage AI to improve efficiency, and transform a single creative concept into multiple high-performing variations while maintaining exceptional design quality and brand consistency.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across paid advertising, social media, email marketing, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to develop conversion-focused creative, support campaign testing, and scale creative production through AI-enabled workflows. This role is ideal for a designer with strong typography, technical design expertise, and experience producing large volumes of marketing assets while maintaining excellent creative judgment and brand consistency.
Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Create graphic assets for paid advertising campaigns, organic social media, email marketing, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Transform existing creative assets into multiple formats, sizes, and creative variations.
Produce high volumes of creative deliverables from a single campaign brief.
Adapt messaging, layouts, visual treatments, and creative formats for campaign optimization.
Work with branded assets, founder-led content, user-generated content (UGC), PR placements, testimonials, and celebrity content.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop conversion-focused creative assets.
Produce multiple creative variations to support A/B testing initiatives.
Optimize creative based on campaign performance and marketing objectives.
Utilize AI-powered workflows to accelerate creative production and improve output.
Support engagement, click-through rate, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Contribute creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
Translate marketing briefs into polished visual assets with minimal direction.
Maintain consistency across brand guidelines while adapting creative for multiple audiences and platforms.
Support ongoing content initiatives across paid and organic marketing channels.
Produce creative assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Utilize Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms when appropriate.
Develop creative optimized for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital marketing platforms.
Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, design iteration, workflow automation, and creative production.
Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and leadership teams.
Execute effectively from high-level creative briefs.
Maintain organized design systems, templates, and creative asset libraries.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Operate independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Formal training, education, or demonstrated expertise in graphic design.
Experience producing digital marketing, advertising, and social media creative.
Experience creating high volumes of creative assets while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Experience supporting paid and organic marketing campaigns.
Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance creative production workflows.
Experience working independently within fast-paced marketing environments.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with Canva.
Experience with Figma.
Strong understanding of creative requirements for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Exceptional typography skills, including font selection, hierarchy, readability, and layout composition.
Strong understanding of marketing creative best practices.
