Role Overview
The Marketing Lead will own and execute the company’s organic marketing strategy, with a strong focus on SEO, organic social growth, and content distribution. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for a self-directed marketer who can translate high-level ideas into consistent output while building a strong organic foundation to support future paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute SEO initiatives, including website audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
Improve organic visibility and search rankings for trade-focused keywords aligned with architects and contractors.
Optimize existing website content and support the creation of new SEO-driven content.
Manage and grow organic social media channels with a focus on engaging trade professionals.
Execute consistent posting and engagement strategies to build brand awareness and credibility.
Collaborate on messaging and positioning to attract qualified B2B projects.
Edit short-form video content such as reels, clips, and social videos based on provided ideas and scripts.
Adapt long-form or raw footage into platform-ready content for social channels.
Build repeatable processes for organic lead generation and content distribution.
Prepare marketing infrastructure to support future paid advertising efforts.
Track performance and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and inbound quality.
Work closely with leadership to align marketing execution with business goals.
Take full ownership of marketing deliverables without requiring constant task-by-task direction.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a marketing, growth, or digital marketing role.
Proven experience driving SEO and organic traffic growth.
Experience managing social media for B2B or service-based businesses.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
Comfort with basic video editing for short-form social content.
Ability to execute independently while managing multiple initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability.
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Interest in building scalable systems rather than one-off tasks.
