Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will serve as the front line of outbound outreach, qualifying leads and scheduling demos with wealth management professionals. This role is responsible for executing cold outreach, positioning the companyโs AI automation solution, and delivering high-quality opportunities to the sales team to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute cold calls targeting wealth management professionals at major firms.
Identify and qualify prospects interested in AI agent automation software.
Assess advisor needs related to performance coaching and AUM growth.
Schedule qualified product demonstrations with the sales team.
Clearly communicate the benefits of the AI automation software, including approximately 30% time savings for advisors and AUM improvement capabilities.
Maintain strong product positioning without diving into deep technical explanations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in Salesforce CRM.
Ensure proper field updates and strict adherence to data hygiene standards, as performance evaluation depends on CRM accuracy.
Use auto-dialer tools and marketing automation systems to streamline outbound processes.
Participate in training to master CRM and internal sales systems.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Collaborate on optimizing outreach strategies and improving lead qualification processes.
Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up activity to meet and exceed performance targets.
Focus on delivering high-quality, sales-ready leads to drive business development.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outbound sales or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment.
Previous experience using Salesforce CRM is required.
Experience with outbound calling and structured lead qualification processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain timely follow-ups.
Organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus on lead qualification.
Clear and professional communication style, comfortable engaging with international accents.
Interest in the wealth management industry and enthusiasm for driving business growth.
