Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping law firms strengthen their visibility, authority, and online presence. The agency supports clients across digital marketing services, including organic social media, paid social advertising, video marketing, search visibility, website development, and other digital initiatives.
As its Organic and Paid Social departments continue to grow, they are seeking a Social Media Specialist Ads to provide hands-on production and execution support across a high-volume portfolio of law firm clients.
The Social Media Specialist Ads will support both organic social media accounts and paid social campaigns, working across content research, strategy, copywriting, creative development, campaign preparation, publishing, and day-to-day execution.
The Social Media Specialist will research client businesses, identify content opportunities, develop social strategies, write captions and advertising copy, create social assets, organize production workflows, and prepare content and campaigns for quality assurance.
This is primarily a production and execution-focused role rather than a client-facing position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong written and visual content skills, and can efficiently manage recurring deliverables across multiple client brands while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Research client websites, blogs, news, practice-area pages, attorney profiles, case results, awards, events, and other relevant sources to identify fresh content opportunities.
Identify recently published client content that can be repurposed across social media channels.
Develop original evergreen and practice-area-focused content when new client material is unavailable.
Create monthly social media content strategies based on each client's goals, services, geographic market, and brand.
Research unfamiliar industries and topics to identify relevant and accurate content opportunities.
Ensure social content remains customized to each client's positioning and objectives.
Write engaging, accurate, and brand-appropriate social media captions.
Develop strong hooks, headlines, and graphic copy for social creative.
Create both educational and promotional social media content.
Source appropriate stock photography and supporting visual assets.
Create social media assets using established templates and brand guidelines.
Develop custom social media creative when required.
Maintain consistency across each client's social media content while adapting messaging and creative to individual brand identities.
Organize and load completed content into internal production and scheduling workflows.
Prepare assigned accounts for quality assurance review.
Complete edits and revisions efficiently based on QA feedback.
Assist with scheduling and publishing approved social media content.
Maintain organized account files, creative assets, links, and production documentation.
Manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Follow established workflows, brand standards, and quality-control processes throughout production.
Support short-form video and Reel production workflows.
Organize raw footage, topics, captions, creative direction, and supporting materials.
Prepare clear instructions and creative direction for video editors.
Help identify opportunities to repurpose client content into short-form video.
Coordinate video-related assets and documentation to keep production workflows organized.
Support the development of paid social campaign strategies under the direction of Paid Social leadership.
Research competitors, target audiences, messaging, creative trends, and advertising opportunities.
Develop paid social advertising concepts and creative angles.
Write ad copy, headlines, hooks, and calls-to-action.
Create and prepare static advertising creative.
Support video advertising concepts and asset preparation.
Resize and adapt creative assets for different placements and campaign requirements.
Organize campaign assets and creative libraries for efficient execution.
Assist with paid social campaign builds and implementation.
Perform pre-launch QA across campaign and creative elements.
Support routine campaign execution and maintenance.
Assist with reporting preparation and organization of campaign performance data.
Make copy and creative revisions based on campaign needs and direction from Paid Social leadership.
Ensure campaign assets and production tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Support paid media execution without initially being responsible for independently owning campaign performance or client strategy.
Professional experience managing or producing social media content for multiple brands or clients.
Experience creating educational and promotional social media content.
Experience managing recurring content deliverables across multiple accounts.
Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
Experience within legal marketing or other professional-services marketing is a plus.
Paid social experience is preferred, although candidates with a strong organic social background and strong creative, analytical, and technical aptitude may be considered.
Experience managing multiple client brands simultaneously is highly preferred.
Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with the ability to produce accurate and engaging organic and paid social content.
Strong visual judgment with an understanding of what makes social media creative effective and engaging.
Comfortable using Canva or similar creative platforms to develop and adapt social media assets.
Able to research unfamiliar industries, services, and audiences and quickly translate findings into relevant content opportunities.
Strong organizational and project-management abilities with the capacity to manage a high volume of recurring monthly deliverables.
Excellent attention to detail and able to consistently follow client brand standards, production workflows, and quality-control processes.
Comfortable receiving feedback, implementing revisions accurately, and applying learnings to future work.
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with Organic Social and Paid Social leadership.
Familiar with social media scheduling platforms and content publishing workflows.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook and Instagram advertising, or LinkedIn advertising is preferred.
Experience supporting short-form video, Reels, or video production workflows is valuable.
Comfortable using AI-assisted content development and research tools to support efficient content production.
Assigned organic social accounts can move from research through content production and QA-ready status with limited supervision.
Organic content remains fresh, accurate, customized, and aligned with each client's brand.
Monthly content deliverables are consistently completed accurately and on schedule.
Account files, creative assets, production documentation, and workflows remain organized.
Paid Social leadership has a reliable execution partner who can translate strategic direction into campaign copy, creative assets, organized builds, and completed production tasks.
Campaign and content QA processes consistently catch issues before publication or launch.
Revisions are implemented efficiently and accurately.
The Social Media Specialist develops increasing ownership across organic strategy, account management, paid campaign execution, and other responsibilities as the departments scale.
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Social Media Specialist Ads, developing hands-on expertise in content strategy, copywriting, creative development, short-form video coordination, paid advertising, campaign execution, and social media production.
As the Social Media departments continue to scale, the role may expand into greater account ownership, strategic responsibilities, campaign execution, and leadership opportunities.
