Role Overview
The Video Content Creator will own the production of engaging video content using AI-driven tools while managing and growing the brand’s social media presence. This role combines creative execution, social promotion, community engagement, and performance analysis to drive audience growth and visibility across key platforms.

This role is 100% video editing-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation Using AI Tools

• Create compelling video content using AI tools, ensuring alignment with brand voice and creative direction.

• Experiment with formats and styles to keep content fresh and engaging for target audiences.

Editing & Content Enhancement

• Edit and enhance videos using basic editing tools to maintain quality and consistency.

• Add captions, graphics, and text overlays to increase engagement and accessibility.

Social Media Management & Promotion

• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms, such as Reddit.

• Publish content consistently and promote videos to maximize reach.

• Stay current on social media trends and adapt content accordingly.

User Growth & Engagement

• Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

• Generate creative ideas leveraging trends, hashtags, and viral formats.

• Engage with followers and actively manage the online community.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor content performance using analytics and platform insights.

• Produce regular reports on views, engagement, and follower growth.

• Analyze data to inform content improvements and engagement strategies.

• Prepare weekly reports on content performance.

Qualifications

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in content creation with a focus on video.

• Basic experience or familiarity with social media management is a nice-to-have.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for video creation.

Skills

• Proficiency with basic video editing tools.

• Strong understanding of major social platforms and platform-specific content strategies.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.

• Creative ideation skills with the ability to drive engagement and growth.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with online communities.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
