What will be your daily tasks?
- Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – initiating and executing the recruitment workflow for each role.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to building long-term business relationships and acting as a Recruitment Advisor sharing experience and knowledge about candidates, hiring process and recruitment markets.
- Identifying recruitment needs, agreeing on hiring strategy and sourcing high-quality candidates through diverse channels.
- Creating & posting job openings on career site, job boards, social media and internal channels.
- Proactively identifying and approaching passive candidates using LinkedIn and other professional sourcing channels.
- Conducting screening calls, in-depth interviews via phone calls and video meeting.
- Taking care of the positive image of Securitas Group and great Candidate Experience, starting from candidate application till providing the final feedback.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates aligned with business hiring needs.
- Supporting and driving Employer Branding initiatives, including social media activities, career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction programs.
- Identifying areas for improvement and sharing ideas to enhance recruitment process and candidate experience.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent spoken and written English; German or French (or other European language) would be a plus.
- Previous experience in end-to-end Recruitment processes in big international, complex matrix organizations (5-7 years of relevant experience preferred).
- Experience in volume recruitment for operational & business roles (white-collar) – HR & Finance preferred.
- Practical knowledge of direct search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with using social media, not limited to LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of Warsaw recruitment market; familiarity with international recruitment markets and knowledge about local hiring nuances would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills allowing to build solid long-term relationships with international stakeholders.
- Curious about new technologies, including AI-powered tools, and eager to use them thoughtfully to streamline work, increase effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Can do attitude and ability to take ownership.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Hybrid work model – 2 days per week from our Warsaw office. Due to the nature of the role and the recruitment process lifecycle, increased on-site presence may be required during on-site interview phases, onboarding waves, or other periods of heightened
Employment contract – starting with 5 months’ fixed term contract.
