The Associate Social Compliance Auditor serves as an entry-level role designed to develop the skills and expertise necessary to qualify as an independent auditor. Under the supervision of the development team and experienced auditors, this position supports audit activities conducted in accordance with established schemes and client requirements. The Associate Auditor performs assigned portions of audits while working toward full qualification and approval as a sole auditor.
- Develop Professional Competence: Actively develop technical skills through classroom/online training, field training and self-studies.
- Support Audit Activities: Participate in audits as a learner and team member under the supervision of a Lead Auditor, ensuring compliance with applicable Scheme requirements and client SOPs
- Assist in Evaluation: Observe and assess situations and processes without independently making decisions or identifying non-compliances until achieving Lead Auditor qualifications
- Deliver Timely Outputs: Meet agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables; however, does not sign off on reports.
- Maintain Professionalism: Present a professional image in all interactions with clients and auditees.
- Engage in Development Activities: Remain available during work hours to assist with and participate in day-to-day audit-related activities, including meetings, training, customer communication, and Key Account Specialist (KAS) communication to clients regarding audit matters.
- Promote Safety: Consistently adopt safe practices, prioritizing personal health and safety as well as that of colleagues and clients, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Impartiality Policy and promote compliance among others.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (food manufacturing is preferred)
- Experience in supply chain
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Language Skills – English, Expert level
- Language Skills - Spanish, French and/or Mandarin, Intermediate level, a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, verbal, written, listening comprehension, notetaking, and presentation skills

Salary: Range for this position is $65,000-70,000/year
