This position will be responsible for bluesign technologies. The bluesign system unites the entire textile value chain to reduce the ikmpact on people and planet. Building on over 20years of experience in the textile industry, we are a full-service solutions system with a focus on sustainability chemistry.
- Acquire new customers in bluesign’s current core industries Outdoor and Active Sportswear in the Territory
- Acquire new customers in the new industries Denim, Professional Wear, Promotional Apparel and Footwear in the Territory
- Focus lies on the acquisition of brands and retailers, but also on Garment Manufacturers/Assemblers, Material Manufacturers and Chemical Suppliers.
- Work together with Brand Services to create initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Market Penetration: Execute targeted market penetration strategies to elevate bluesign’s presence and adoption within the territory.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeps good relations to Marketing, Brand Services and other divisions / departments
- Manages workload
- Manages personal responsibilities and assignment
- Manages trainings and qualifications individually
Sales:
- Establish the bluesign system and services in the target segments together with the bluesign organization (especially with CRM colleagues, Brand Services team and Marketing team)
- Sales and Market Feedback: Provide regular updates on sales activities, competitor activities, and market trends within the territory.
- Objectives and Budget Achievement: Meet or exceed objectives outlined in the mid-range plan and annual budgets, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Standards and Best Practices: Uphold and implement company standards, ensuring quality and consistency in all sales and customer interactions.

Mandatory:
- At least 8 years of sales experience especially new client acquisition in the European region.
- Fluency in both English and the local country’s language is required.
- Experience managing initiatives with multi stakeholder (Nice to have: textile-, NGO’s – and sustainability organizations within the textile supply chain)
Nice to have:
- Network in textile brand world (+10 years brand experience)
- Knowledge in textile supply chain (Product Design, Development, Sourcing, Materials, Quality/Sustainability Experience)
- Knowledge in textile processing and manufacturing chain
