As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across the Nordic region. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them define recruitment needs, build effective sourcing strategies, conduct structured selection processes and ensure a professional candidate experience from first contact through on-boarding.
The role is an individual contributor position and will play an important part in developing consistent Nordic recruitment practices, strengthening employer branding and supporting workforce planning together with HR and business leaders. Therefore the role includes some travelling across the Nordics.
Key responsibilities:
This is a temporary position for appr. 12 months located in Linköping, Sweden.
We are looking for a structured, proactive and relationship-driven recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring managers at different organizational levels. You enjoy working across borders, balancing several recruitment processes at the same time and delivering high-quality service to both managers and candidates.

The monthly salary for the position is based on previous relevant work experience and skills and is approximately SEK44,000-49,000/month, starting from the salary of a person with a few years of relevant experience.
