Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design:
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs that align with the product vision.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across the product.

• Work closely with product management to align design work with business goals and user needs.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, providing insights from a design perspective.
• Assist in prioritizing features and defining product requirements that enhance user experience and business impact.




• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive product experience.
• Act as an advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a product or UI/UX designer with shipped products in your portfolio.
• Proven ability to balance design tasks with strategic product management responsibilities.
• Experience creating designs either mobile-first or desktop-first.
• Experience with both consumer and business systems

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and the ability to contribute to roadmap planning.
