Travel requirement:Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the United States to support merchant onboarding, training, and relationship-building as needed.
Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Merchant Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding process for new merchants joining ShipBob. As a Senior Merchant Implementation Manager, you will drive successful project outcomes, collaborating with management on proactive solutions.
In this role, you will guide merchants to configure and optimize software and fulfillment services confidently. Your adept problem solving, decision making, project management and strong communication skills will swiftly address challenges and provide scalable solutions to our merchants, setting them on the path to sustained success. This role reports to the Manager, Merchant Implementation.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. We are targeting a base salary range of $71,942 - $95,923.In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
