Shift: UK (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

Must Have:

• Experience with project governance, compliance frameworks, audits, and PMO quality standards.
• Experience with portfolio and project reporting, including dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and executive status reporting.
• Experience with resource planning, utilization tracking, capacity management, and demand forecasting.
• Experience with RAID management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and escalation processes.
• Experience with MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive reporting, automation, and process improvements.
• Experience with stakeholder management, governance reviews, leadership reporting, and client engagement in global delivery environments.
• Experience with process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge management, and Shared PMO transformation programs.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Good to Have:

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and variance analysis across Capex/Opex portfolios.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Understanding of Prince2, P3O, Scrum or ITIL concepts.

Should be open to work in UK and CET time zones and extend shifts.
