JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Engineering
LOCATION: Remote US
THE ROLE:
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a full stack team of engineers to bring amazing new capabilities to music creators. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering for Splice Sounds and be a key leader for a major product development initiative focused on bringing Splice’s technology to digital audio workstation (DAW) software. Your team will operate at the intersection of native C++ plugins, Web-based user interfaces, and AI. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate an exceptional mix of people, project, and technical management skills.

The national pay range for this role is $180,000 - $225,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
