You'll own how Altitude shows up and build the content machine that puts us on the map.
We're looking for someone who can build and own our entire content strategy and social presence: daily posts that don't feel like marketing, thought leadership that actually leads, and a creative engine that turns product launches into moments people remember.
You'll drive all our channels, craft narrative, decide how (and whether) we show up in cultural moments, and build the content function from scratch, strategy through to execution.

Design content strategy for each channel that builds maximum awareness for Altitude
Build and manage podcast partnerships, and explore launching our own
Launches & Campaigns
Own GTM execution across channels for every product launch
Work with Product Marketing to build maximum awareness for all products, then sustain it with evergreen content
Brand Voice & Thought Leadership
Define our brand voice and bring it to life across channels
Public speaking (podcasts, panels, events) and external presence (X, Linkedin)

Cultural Judgment

Strong opinions on what's tasteful vs. what’s cringe
You have strong taste. You know why some brand accounts are magnetic and most are forgettable
You've built a content and social function at a high-growth B2B startup, you have a strong playbook, but are ready to adapt it to an AI-first world
You write fast and well. Your drafts don't need heavy editing
You're comfortable with the latest AI tools for content (visual, video) and GTM, and are quick to adopt new ones
You're plugged into crypto Twitter and fintech and broader internet culture
You're a natural public speaker, comfortable on podcasts, panels, video
You're highly creative but also disciplined and organized. Daily output requires both
You move fast, make decisions, and don't need approval loops to ship
Track record of building audiences (show us what you've built)

You get to define the voice of a category that doesn't have one yet. Stablecoin-native fintech does not have a dominant brand, there's no established playbook, no dominant narrative, no content strategy to copy. You'd be building it from the ground up.
Most fintech content roles are constrained by what the product can actually do: geographic limits, compliance friction, legacy rails. Altitude is global from day one. The same product works in Singapore and Germany without rebuilding anything. The product is genuinely novel, you get to create the category-defining brand to match.
