We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team at Submittable. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you'll bring technical expertise, strategic vision, and a collaborative approach to help our Mid-Market Nonprofit and Corporate customers achieve their goals. You will partner closely with our Mid-Market Sales Team to drive opportunities forward, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and shape deployments of our Grants Management solution. We’re looking for candidates who combine technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for creating meaningful change.
This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Solutions Engineering.

What We're Looking For
Location: This is a remote, U.S.-based role and you must live and reside in the U.S. full-time.
Compensation: The annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $96,000 – $120,000 with a pay mix of approximately 80/20 (base/variable). Base salary range is $80,000 – $100,000, with a variable target of $16,000 – $20,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
