We are looking for a Fulfillment Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Operations Team. This individual will report into our Senior Manger, Continuous Improvement and is a developing contributor who partners with operations teams across fulfillment centers to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies. Working with guidance from senior CI professionals, this role applies Lean Six Sigma principles and structured problem-solving frameworks to drive measurable improvements in supply chain operations. This is a high-travel, hands-on role with significant time spent on the fulfillment center floor.
This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position will require travel up to 9 times per year, including to our Melville, NY headquarters up to 3 times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities, as well as travel to our on-site fulfillment locations. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility
Base Salary: $59,000 – $74,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams) to support root cause analysis
- Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities across the value stream
- Document and maintain standard work to ensure sustainability of improvements
- Data Analysis
- Use data analysis tools to evaluate performance metrics and identify trends
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and standardized metric definitions
- Communication & Influence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on CI initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks (A3, DMAIC) to ensure clarity and stakeholder alignment
- Conduct Gemba walks to engage frontline teams, understand processes, and drive improvements at the source
- Project Management
- Support cross-functional CI projects within the supply chain from initiation through completion
- Track project milestones and deliverables to help ensure timelines and budgets are met
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Yellow Belt or Green Belt Six Sigma certification, or 1+ years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience
- Experience in operations management, including process improvement, workflow optimization, or cross-functional team coordination
- Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in supply chain management, including vendor coordination, inventory control, or logistics planning within a distribution or fulfillment environment
