- Customer site travel and provide on-site support for installation, validation and commissioning of Vertical & 2P packaging machines for applications like Snacks, Powder food, Detergent powder and Carton packaging.
- Test of automated systems for efficiency, safety and reliability.
- Travelling to client’s location to solve software, mechanical and electrical related issues.
- Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Provide on-site training to the customer
- Interface with cross-functional work teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support.
- Share suggestions with technical team, continual improvement in the field of commissioning and drive for implementation.
- Develop service technical reports for improvement in future projects
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
- Support in Plant FAT for projects and successfully complete SAT for the same projects
- Provide feedback on site improvements to Engineering for future issue prevention and resolution
Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics having 5 - 10 years’ experience in servicing Vertical & 2P Packaging machines.
- Good communication skills in languages English and Hindi.
- Good customer training skills in terms of both theoretical and Practical.
- Quick issue analysis, resolution & reporting.
- Positive response to the customer to address all required needs on machines.
- Site knowledge sharing with CFT teammates and drive for implementation.
