ABOUT THE JOB:
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, early-career marketer to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 0–2 years of experience who wants hands-on experience across social media, customer advocacy, and review platforms.
Reporting to our Lead of Content Marketing, you’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day programs that amplify customer voices. Think social media execution, testimonials, case studies, and keeping our presence strong across third-party review sites like G2, Trustpilot, BBB, and the app store.
This is a learning-by-doing role. You’ll get clear direction, real ownership of execution, and exposure to how content and customer proof actually drive growth.
This is a hybrid position based at our Plano, Texas headquarters, with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday each week
What You’ll Do:
Run our social media execution
Manage our LinkedIn presence day to day
Create, schedule, and publish content using a defined calendar
Engage with comments and messages and help maintain a consistent brand voice
Execute customer advocacy and proof programs
Coordinate outreach to existing customers to gather testimonials, quotes, and success stories
Support case study execution by managing logistics, follow-ups, and approvals
Maintain an organized pipeline of customer proof assets
Own third-party review site execution
Run review generation campaigns across G2, Trustpilot, BBB, and the app store
Execute outreach programs to existing customers to encourage reviews
Track review volume, ratings, and cadence to ensure steady growth
Keep profiles accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines
Support content production
Assist with blog ideation, research, drafting, and editing
Help repurpose long-form content into social posts and customer proof assets
Create simple visual assets
Use Canva to design social graphics, quote cards, and simple one-pagers
Support campaigns with lightweight visual content as needed
Collaborate closely with content leadership
Work directly with the Lead of Content Marketing on planning, execution, and optimization
Learn how content, social, and customer proof connect to demand generation
What You’ll Bring:
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Comfort and curiosity around social media, especially LinkedIn
Willingness to reach out to customers professionally and persistently
Organized and reliable. You can manage tasks, follow processes, and hit deadlines
Comfortable using Canva or similar tools
Coachable, curious, and not precious about your work
Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, English, or a related field
What Makes This Role a Good Starting Point
Clear ownership of execution without being thrown into strategy too early
Direct mentorship from a content marketing leader
Exposure to social media, customer marketing, and review platforms
A fast-growing company where your work actually shows up in market
Room to grow as the team and company scale
