About the Role
The role requires a trusted partner who can manage day-to-day execution while ensuring all work remains authentic, human, and closely aligned with the founder’s personal brand and values. This position is not focused on generic captions, trend-chasing, or sales-first growth tactics such as heavy reliance on paid advertising. Instead, the ideal candidate values thoughtful strategy, strong creative direction, and producing work that feels intentional and genuine. Above all, this role demands a high level of trust and reliability. The individual must be someone the founder can confidently share personal and sensitive data with, with the assurance that it will be handled respectfully, securely, and with complete discretion.
