We are looking for a Head of Ad Operations to lead and scale our in-house team, ensuring flawless campaign execution, operational excellence, and revenue optimization across our 50+ owned and operated websites. This role is ideal for a seasoned ad tech professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for building processes that drive efficiency and scale. As the Head of Ad Operations, you will oversee a team of coordinators, partner with cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in driving the company’s monetization growth strategy.

Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)
