About the Role
Tekmetric is the cloud-based platform powering thousands of independent auto repair shops — and we're growing fast. As we scale, the systems that run our business need to scale with us. We're hiring a VP of Business Systems & AI to take ownership of our technology landscape end to end: the tools our teams use every day, how those tools connect, and the data that flows between them.
Reporting to our new CFO, you'll move us from a stack that grew organically to one that's deliberate, integrated, and built for the next stage of growth. You'll be both strategist and operator — setting the multi-year roadmap while rolling up your sleeves to consolidate redundant tools, fix broken handoffs, and make sure every system earns its place. This is a build role in a fast-paced, vertical SaaS environment. You'll have real autonomy and real impact from day one.
