Your Role:

As a Territory Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth across South Africa and your ability to make a real impact is substantial. We are established but under-penetrated, and you have a great base to build on top of.

Some marquee customers, and strong Partner gives you something to leverage, but they also need some focus as they have been under serviced more recently. By reinvigorating the base it will present key expansion opportunities with the install base. With reinvigorated Partners, you can drive new business opportunities.

The right persona for this role is that ‘first person in region’ mentality. You will need to wear multiple hats, and orchestrate resources to maximise their impacts. Therefore someone with high levels of activity, that wants to (re)build something.

Your Role:

• Own the territory: Drive revenue growth by managing a defined sales territory, developing both new business and nurturing existing accounts.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within large, complex enterprise organizations.
• Drive pipeline development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using both direct outreach and partner/channel relationships.
• Hit targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.

What You'll Need:

• A track record of success selling within the Commercial and Enterprise space.
• Strong working relationships with Channel Partners, we are 100% channel and these relationships are vital to the region’s success.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity challenges and business impacts.
• A working understanding of AI.
• Strong analytical skills - forecast accuracy is key, as well as demonstrating understanding key performance indicators of the region. Making sure the sales tools (SF.com, Clari) are kept updated.
• Strong working understanding and execution of sales methodologies - MEDPICC.
• Highly collaborative and able to orchestrate cross functionally and across geographies.
• A consultative sales approach with excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• To Be highly motivated.
• An ability and want to travel (50%+ of the time), it is key that you are in front of our customers and partners.
