About the role
The Field Services Coordinator serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts, supporting the successful delivery of TNC Services' maintenance, outage, and workforce solutions. Working collaboratively with Operations, Project Management, Recruiting, Payroll/Finance, and technical service teams, this role coordinates customer communication, employee support, and back-office processes to ensure projects are executed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
This role is responsible for managing customer account administration, including timekeeping, payroll coordination, billing, purchase order tracking, onboarding, and account documentation while building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $59,000-$67,000. The salary range listed reflects base salary only. This position is also eligible for a performance-based annual bonus and equity participation. When traveling for field assignments and outage work, employees transition to an hourly pay structure and are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. Compensation is paid on a bi-weekly basis, less applicable withholdings and deductions. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
