The main verticals we service are in the online, digital marketing based community with companies that have programs that teach high paying skill sets which is referred to as “alternative education.” We sell a range of transformative programs and packages including everything from business consulting programs, to programs that teach people how to invest in real estate, learn mergers and acquisitions and many many more.
The Appointment Confirmation Specialist plays a critical role in driving revenue outcomes by ensuring prospects not only show up to their scheduled calls, but show up prepared, aligned, and bought into the value of the conversation.
This role goes beyond basic confirmation. You will engage prospects in professional, high energy conversations that include light discovery, active listening, and intentional value reinforcement. Your responsibility is to reconnect prospects to why they booked the call in the first place, personalize the framing based on what you uncover, and tee up our sales team for high quality, high intent conversations.
The ultimate objective is simple but powerful. Maximize show up rates while improving the quality of each attended call.

Drive appointment show up rates by confirming, reinforcing, and re anchoring the value of scheduled calls
Conduct outbound confirmation calls across all funnels using a structured but conversational approach
Ask light discovery questions to understand prospect intent, motivation, and expectations
Personalize call framing and value reinforcement based on what you uncover during the conversation
Address objections and scheduling conflicts with confidence and professionalism
Reduce cancellations and no shows through proactive communication and follow up
Send confirmation and reinforcement messages via email or SMS
Accurately document call notes, discovery insights, and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate closely with sales reps by sharing relevant context ahead of their calls
Provide feedback and insights to sales managers on trends, objections, and prospect sentiment
Maintain brand aligned, professional communication standards at all times
Participate in regular team syncs with sales reps and sales leadership
Place outbound calls using JustCall.io VOIP system
Log detailed notes and discovery insights in Hubspot CRM
Update daily tracker reports at the end of each workday
Proactively communicate with sales reps regarding upcoming calls and key context
Share qualitative feedback with sales managers to support ongoing optimization
