- Support Roll Law Group in the administration of its day-to-day operations.
- Conduct preliminary analysis and research regarding new litigation matters, including any deadlines, nature of dispute and/or inquiry, and scope of legal assistance required.
- Assist in creation, summary, and assignment of new lawsuits, demands, and counseling matters.
- Retrieve, process, and distribute incoming/outgoing legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
- Maintain and access electronic files via TyMetrix, iManage, and CT Corp databases, with reporting from these systems as needed.
- Respond to various third-party requests for information.
- Assist in preparation of annual budget preparation and tracking of expenses.
- Create presentations, documents and charts using PowerPoint, Excel, and others.
- Maintain law library and distribute updated reference books.
- Liaise with other corporate function teams at The Wonderful Company, such Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, as appropriate.
- Work with other members of Roll Law Group and Wonderful Legal team to develop and implement ideas to facilitate process improvements.
- Intent to apply to law school for the 2028 school year
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong quantitative, research and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work in a complex culture.
- Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and open to new learning opportunities.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and self-starter attitude with a strong sense of urgency and dedicated work ethic
Pay Range: $33.69 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
