The Head of Performance Marketing, GAIN Performance: Philippines will lead and oversee the operations of the GAIN Performance: Philippines operations, ensuring it functions as a cost-effective and strategically aligned Performance Marketing centre of excellence for GAIN Performance. This role is responsible for managing operational performance, financial stewardship, organisational culture, and team development of the GAIN Performance: Philippines team. Unlike traditional profit-generating entities, the GAIN Performance Philippines team will operate as a cost centre, with services recharged to GAIN Performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Provide overall leadership, operational management and vision for the GAIN Performance: Philippines operations, ensuring alignment with global strategy and objectives.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and continuously improved.
- Establish, monitor, and enhance performance metrics for services delivered to GAIN Performance.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining high service standards as a services centre.
Financial and Cost Management
- Manage the GAIN Performance: Philippines operation as a cost centre, ensuring costs are accurately tracked, controlled, and allocated.
- Develop and manage human resources, annual budgets, forecasts, and recharges, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
People and Culture
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning making sure that is aligned to the GAIN overall HR strategy.
- Champion GAIN’s values, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Work closely with the HR team to attract, develop, and retain top local talent to ensure long-term sustainability of the Centre of Excellence.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, legal requirements, and GAIN’s policies across all operations.
- Oversee risk management practices, internal controls, and audit compliance.
- Safeguard the reputation of GAIN through ethical and transparent leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the key liaison between the GAIN Performance: Philippines team and global business unit leaders, enabling strong partnerships and alignment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity on costs, deliverables, and service expectations.
- Proactively gather feedback from internal clients to enhance the value proposition of the centre.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing Performance Marketing operations within a regional or global cost centre, shared services, or Centre of Excellence environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, cost allocations, and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent organizational and people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of operational excellence frameworks, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong integrity, governance orientation, and ability to safeguard organizational values.
