This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning or Wealth Management Administrator who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and wants to play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and high-net-worth clients.
As a senior member of the Client Support team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class service throughout the client journey, supporting advisers with client reviews, ongoing servicing, new business processing, and technical administration. You will also act as a role model within the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to colleagues where required.
Responsibilities
- Support Financial Planners in the delivery of ongoing advice and client servicing.
- Prepare client review packs, valuations, and supporting documentation.
- Obtain and maintain accurate policy and provider information.
- Liaise directly with pension, investment, and protection providers.
- Process new business submissions and monitor cases through to completion.
- Ensure all client records and documentation are maintained accurately within back-office systems.
- Manage client and provider queries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with technical requests, investigations, and complex administrative cases.
- Support the Team Manager during periods of absence and contribute to coaching and mentoring colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Help ensure regulatory and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
About you
- Previous experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or an IFA environment.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning administration.
- Experience supporting Financial Planners or Wealth Advisers.
- Excellent organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
- Experience using back-office systems such as Intelliflo Office (IO) or similar platforms would be advantageous.
