Toast·about 10 hours ago
Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy.
At Toast, we don’t just build software; we power the heartbeat of local communities. As a Product Designer in the Guest Org, you will sit at the intersection of restaurant success and guest delight. Your mission is to bridge the gap between a digital storefront and the physical warmth of a dining room, building products that turn first-time diners into lifelong regulars.
Working within the Digital Storefront and Marketing team, you will partner with research, engineering, and product peers to transform raw data and restaurant pain points into seamless, innovative experiences. You’ll dive deep into the high-pressure world of hospitality to understand the "why" behind every guest interaction, using your design superpowers to create tools that become essential to a restaurant's survival and growth.
We are looking for a designer with a Founder’s Mentality: someone who takes uncompromising ownership of their domain and has a relentless commitment to customer success. If you are ready to master your craft and build the digital future of the restaurant industry, we want you on the line with us.
