The Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS) team at Toast is on a mission to deliver a trusted, scalable, and governed data foundation that empowers every Toaster to make decisions with speed and confidence. As Toast continues to scale and AI becomes foundational to our product and operational strategy, EDS serves as the engine behind that ambition—building the data infrastructure, governance frameworks, and data products that every business function depends on.
As Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Governance, you will be the primary operational force driving Toast’s governance roadmap. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Data Governance, you will design, deploy, and scale the programs, processes, and tooling that make Toast's data trustworthy, compliant, and discoverable.
This role requires a rare blend of program leadership and technical fluency: you are just as comfortable facilitating a cross-functional alignment workshop with executive stakeholders as you are configuring metadata standards in our data catalog or querying Snowflake to audit data quality.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
