Toast is looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive end-to-end execution, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment for complex R&D initiatives. As a Senior TPM, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the full product delivery lifecycle for our most critical programs, establishing best practices, and delivering high-impact projects that align with our product and business technology objectives. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on program management, empowering teams to deliver on Toast’s ambitious roadmap. Specifically, this role will focus on providing technical program management support for some of our most complex restaurant delivery initiatives, working with critical external partners.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
