We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our dynamic Employee Development team, which focuses on providing experiences that enable our customers to manage the performance and growth of their employees. You’ll play a key roll* in the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions that enable managers and operators to measure, incentivize, and grow their employees.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
