In this role, you are responsible for analysing, translating and presenting commercial data. You ensure stakeholders at all levels can steer based on facts rather than assumptions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing performance across the entire bow-tie: marketing, sales, onboarding, customer success and renewals.
- Creating and maintaining management and board-level reports on pipeline, forecast, revenue, churn and growth.
- Supporting sales leadership and the ELT with insights for strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Safeguarding data quality and metric definitions (KPIs, funnel stages and revenue concepts).
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities in commercial performance.
- Translating complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with RevOps, sales, finance and marketing to interpret numbers and support decision-making.
- Supporting forecasting cycles and periodic performance reviews.
The focus of this role is on insight, steering and decision support, rather than operational sales support.
- You have 3–6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analytics, RevOps or a similar role.
- You have experience with commercial data and understand how funnels, revenue and growth are connected.
- You are comfortable supporting senior stakeholders such as sales leadership, the ELT and the Board.
- You are analytically strong and able to clearly explain complex analyses.
- You work in a structured and accurate manner and value data quality.
- You can switch easily between detail and high-level insights.
- You enjoy working with multiple teams and disciplines.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You are open to a temporary role with the possibility of a permanent position.
