Responsibilities:
Drive Adoption of Agentic Business
- Partner with the Sales Executive to manage the customer journey, acting as a trusted advisor who helps prospects identify, map, and evolve their current end-to-end supply chain processes into Agentic Business Processes.
- Own and facilitate structured discovery to understand the customer's use cases and archetype, mapping how a prospect's supply chain planning, execution, and orchestration processes will evolve.
- Become a trusted advisor for executive, business, supply chain, operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Support Customer Operational Reviews , Executive Business Reviews , commercial planning sessions and strategic account reviews to reinforce TraceLink’s value story.
- Develop deep expertise in each customer's supply chain operating model, business priorities, and digital and agentic transformation initiatives.
- Translate those findings into a defensible future-state roadmap that shows the customer exactly how they move from their current-state architecture toward the Agentic Supply Chain Operating Model, reducing manual touchpoints across the supply chain.
- Introduce Track & Trace ABP to show additional value from the TraceLink platform, and support colleagues working on the Track & Trace opportunities.
Deliver Solution-Centric Demonstrations/Workshops
- Own, manage and deliver product presentations build on thorough customer discovery and focused on the prospect's use cases.
- Prepare materials for and lead interactive solutioning workshops and demonstrations. Review the customer’s supply chain architecture and process flows and map TraceLink capabilities to specific operational and financial outcomes.
- Design and present the customer's future-state Agentic Supply Chain Operating Model, including where OPUS Agents can absorb work done manually, such as exception triage, order orchestration, or supply/demand reconciliation before it becomes a disruption.
- Position Supply Chain-related Agentic Business Processes that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and customer business outcomes.
- Position the OPUS Platform, OPUS Agents, Agentic Control Tower, and Agentic Business Network, along with additional capabilities including MINT, POET, and future Supply Chain products and services.

- Act as the connection between the field and the product organization, relaying market feedback on evolving supply chain requirements and recurring customer pain points to Product Management, the Center of Excellence, and Professional Services.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are built for the customer's long-term value, not just the immediate deal, and that patterns observed across deals actively inform the product roadmap.
- Represent customer priorities internally and advocate for customer success across the organization.
- Help identify commercial, operational, competitive, and customer health risks.
