About the Role
As a Seller Financial Services Business Development Professional you will be responsible expanding Trendyol’s financial services offering for sellers through strategic partnerships with banks and fintechs, innovative embedded finance solutions, and platform integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end projects that enable sellers to access better financing solutions and drive Trendyol’s overall growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SME banking products, fintech dynamics, and go-to-market strategies with a clear focus on P&L impact. Proven experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments is essential.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the launch & growth strategy for Seller Financial Services in line with the company’s overall strategic priorities.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new financing products (e.g., credit solutions, embedded finance models) for sellers.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with banks and fintechs to expand the financing ecosystem.
- Leveraging insights on seller needs and behaviors to shape end-to-end journeys that maximize adoption and impact.
- Shape the product and partnership roadmap by tracking market trends, emerging financial solutions, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external partners to drive collaboration and long-term growth.
- Partnering with marketing, analytics and technology teams to deliver planned roadmap (e.g., data lake prep, developing risk models and propensity to buy models)
Expected Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience (Minimum 3 years of Product/Project Management experience in banking or fintech is preferred)
- Experienced in banking, financial services, third party management and commercial operations and P&L responsibility
- Risk knowledge and advance analytics experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- High level analytical skills and growth mindset
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
