We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong passion for social media, internet culture, and platform-native creative. This role is ideal for someone who spends time online, understands how trends evolve, and knows how to design content that feels native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with a deep understanding of meme culture, social behavior, and digital storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, community, and account teams to develop content that is timely, culturally relevant, and built for engagement.
This is a part-time role - Commitment of 10-15h/week.
Design social-first creative for TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
Create memes, trend-driven content, reactive assets, and culturally relevant social creative.
Design static posts, carousels, stories, social templates, and presentation materials. Translate social insights, cultural moments, and online trends into compelling visual concepts.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Community Managers, and Account teams.
Contribute ideas during brainstorms and creative development sessions.
Support campaign launches, content calendars, pitch decks, and new business initiatives.
Ensure creative quality, consistency, and platform relevance across all deliverables.
Stay current on internet culture, creator trends, social platform updates, and emerging formats.
2–5 years of experience in graphic design within a creative agency, social agency, media company, design studio, or in-house brand team.
Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first campaigns, organic social content, meme-driven creative, trend participation, and platform-native design.
Deep understanding of internet culture, meme formats, social trends, and creator ecosystems.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience creating content optimized for social platforms and platform-specific audiences.
Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and creative judgment.
Differentials
Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, or basic animation.
Familiarity with TikTok-native editing styles and creator content.
Experience working on influencer marketing or creator-led campaigns.
Strong conceptual thinking and idea generation skills.
Experience creating reactive or real-time social content.
Understanding of social media performance metrics and content optimization.
Experience contributing to pitch decks or new business presentations.
