As a Power Platform Developer on our solutions delivery team, you will help advance the digital transformation of mission-critical government systems. The Power Platform Developer designs, builds, enhances, tests, deploys, and maintains Microsoft Power Platform solutions that support the customer mission programs. This role contributes to application modernization by developing Power Apps, automating business processes with Power Automate, supporting Dataverse data models, and assisting with integration, testing, and operations. The developer works within Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, user-centered solutions that meet federal security and accessibility requirements.
Technical members of our solutions teams require little guidance, but love to learn, collaborate, and problem solve. This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges.
Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions.

Configure and maintain Microsoft Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules.

Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and approval processes.

Support migration of legacy business processes to Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Participate in requirements analysis, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution design sessions.

Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing support.

Troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.

Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Support production deployments, operational maintenance, and release management activities.

Ensure solutions comply with CDC security, privacy, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Experience migrating legacy applications built on .NET, C#, and JavaScript to modern PowerPlatform solutions
Experience with:
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Power Automate
Microsoft Dataverse
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Azure services
Experience working within Agile development teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to obtain and maintain federal government background investigation requirements.
Minimum of 8 years of total IT experience.
Expert capabilities and knowledge developing in Power Platform and Dynamics.
Experience with Azure B2C or Login.gov integration.
Experience working on a Scrum team using a ticket management system (Azure DevOps or Jira)
Exemplary communication skills.
Personnel filling this requirement/position must be US citizen
Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform Azure and / or Dynamics 365.

Experience supporting HHS, CDC, or other federal agencies.

Experience with Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility and federal security requirements.

Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
