The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross-functional, feature-focused, product-oriented teams. This is a vertical leadership role — you'll drive both the technical and team execution for a key product area, owning it end-to-end.
As a product-led organisation, we prioritise delivering meaningful user value through thoughtful product design, iterative development, and rapid experimentation. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define the architecture, and ship features that impact millions of users.
We're looking for someone with strong full-stack engineering expertise and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, ideally within a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a feature-focused engineering team (frontend, backend, and mobile engineers).
Partner closely with Product and Design to define and deliver the roadmap for a core product vertical.
Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and hands-on support when needed.
Foster a high-performing, ownership-driven engineering culture aligned with Trust Wallet’s values.
Attract, coach, and retain top engineering talent.
Ensure strong engineering processes, velocity, and code quality across the team.
Be a key part of our wider Engineering leadership group, contributing to cross-team alignment and long-term product strategy
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of engineering management leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
8–10+ years of total experience in software engineering, ideally with a strong foundation in full-stack development
Proven project and execution management skills, with the ability to lead complex technical initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Strong technical background with full-stack experience (backend and at least one frontend or mobile framework)
Proven success leading cross-functional product teams shipping user-facing features at scale
Strong people management skills, with the ability to hire, develop, and inspire engineers
A product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and pragmatic delivery
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first team
