• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity lists, and detailed project schedules aligned with project scope, objectives, contractual requirements, and key milestones.
• Establish and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) frameworks, including Rules of Credit for all project phases.
• Monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, identify risks and delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, project teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to develop baseline schedules, allocate resources, and manage project dependencies.
• Ensure project schedules comply with scheduling standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate schedule updates through regular stakeholder meetings and site visits, providing look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
• Support procurement and bidding activities by developing bid schedules and evaluating contractor schedule submissions.
• Assist with schedule and cost risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations, QSRA, QCRA, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EoT) assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; PMP certification and professional memberships are considered assets
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and project management
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Microsoft Project.
• Extensive scheduling experience on major capital projects across all phases, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules while supporting project delivery objectives.
