Purpose of the Position:
The Graduate Success Processor supports the verification and documentation of successful placements graduates in their field of study. In this support role, you support the Graduate Success team in contributing to fulfilling our mission to provide positive career outcomes for our graduates.

What You’ll Do:

1. Placement Accuracy Review: Review confirmed placements, including guides, business screening, confirmation calls, and supporting documents, ensuring precision and compliance.
2. Verifications Team Support: Collaborate with the Verifications Team to address placements requiring reevaluation, proactively collecting any missing information.
3. Confirmation Calls: Conduct confirmation calls as necessary, contributing to the team’s overall productivity.
4. Employment Verification: Execute paid employment verification searches as needed, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
5. Timely Delivery: Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and with appropriate documentation and communication.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements:

• Any degree or equivalent experience and/or any strong or advanced proficiency in the above required skills/experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in a career services-related role.
• Experience in quality assurance or quality processing role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Other skills or abilities – influence, comfortability communicating with all levels of an organization, punctual, disciplined, complex problem-solving, attention to detail, and motivation.

Compliance:

• Demonstrate knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable state laws and rules, federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the U.S. Department of Education, accrediting agencies, state regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Effectively communicate compliance requirements to other staff as appropriate and quickly escalate any compliance concerns to the Compliance department.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• This is a full-time remote position, with only occasional, planned onsite or travel requirements.
• Home office set up, quiet place to work, ability to be on camera, and ability to hard wire into high-speed internet connection.
