The Account Executive (AE) is a pivotal sales role responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the small business segment. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while positioning our SaaS solution as a must-have for SMB buyers. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong discovery skills, and the ability to confidently demo and close deals in the $5K–20K ARR range. Success is measured by quota attainment, pipeline generation, and customer satisfaction.

Our compensation bands are designed to reflect how people grow in their roles. Each level includes three stages: Developing, Proficient and Expert, which represent increasing capability, independence and impact over time.
The compensation range for this role is $100K–$115K USD OTE ($60K–$70K base + $40K variable) which reflects the Proficient stage of our compensation band for this job level (P2).
Progression into higher stages and job levels may occur over time based on demonstrated performance, mastery of role expectations and overall impact. For specialized or hard-to-fill roles, we may extend offers above the posted range if a candidate brings exceptional experience.
