The Manager, Strategic Initiatives is a key contributor to advancing strategic priorities and operational effectiveness of the Office of the President and CEO (OPC). Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives, this role will help drive alignment foundation-wide, coordinate complex deliverables, and champion continuous process improvement.
The incumbent will provide day-to-day operational support to the Office of the President and CEO, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing competing priorities, and enabling the effective delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability. The Manager may interact with senior executives, board members, and internal leaders, and must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
