The role

As a Semi Senior Performance Media Manager, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3-5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. We are seeking a Performance Media Manager to support the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of digital media campaigns across paid channels. This role is ideal for a media professional who combines strong hands-on platform expertise with analytical thinking and a passion for driving measurable business results. The ideal candidate is also curious about emerging technologies and motivated to leverage AI-enabled tools and platform capabilities to improve efficiency, performance, and decision-making.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on day-to-day campaign management, platform execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis while contributing recommendations that help drive client success.You will play a critical part in executing omnichannel media programs across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video, retail media, and emerging platforms. You will report to the Paid Media Lead and work with other paid media specialists, analytics teams, and creative partners to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, optimized effectively, and continuously improved based on performance insights.

Role responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

• Support leads in the development and heavy execution of digital media plans across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video, retail media, and emerging platforms.

• Assist in translating media strategies into actionable campaign plans, audiences, targeting approaches, and activation requirements.

• Partner with senior media team members to support full-funnel media programs aligned to client business objectives.

• Support in developing testing roadmaps and optimization frameworks that improve campaign effectiveness.

• Leverage audience, platform, and performance insights to inform recommendations and future planning efforts.

• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI-enabled media capabilities.

Media Buying & Activation

• Build, launch, QA, and manage campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, TikTok, DV360, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Own day-to-day campaign execution including trafficking, audience creation, tracking validation, budget management, and platform maintenance.

• Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure budgets are delivered efficiently and effectively.

• Execute ongoing optimizations across bidding strategies, audiences, placements, creative, and targeting to improve performance outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to test new ad formats, platform features, automation capabilities, and AI-powered tools.

• Partner with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and meet client objectives.

Measurement & Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities across channels.

• Analyze media performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Support reporting efforts by gathering insights, identifying trends, and communicating performance drivers.

• Partner with analytics and data teams to validate tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.

• Assist in developing performance recaps, dashboards, and client-ready reporting materials.

• Utilize AI-supported analytics, reporting, and workflow tools to uncover insights and streamline analysis.

Client & Cross-FunctionalCollaboration

• Collaborate closely with team leadership to ensure execution aligns with strategic recommendations and client goals.

• Work cross-functionally with strategy, creative, experience, and analytics teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.

• Support media insights and recommendations during internal and client meetings.

• Maintain strong relationships with media platform representatives and vendor partners.
• Maintain media best practices, process improvements, and adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally within an omni-channel agency environment.
• Hands-on experience managing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, video, and/or retail media platforms.
• Strong platform expertise within Google Ads and DV360.
• Understanding of campaign trafficking, ad operations, tracking implementation, and measurement fundamentals.
• Experience working with analytics, reporting platforms, and performance dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Comfort managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, analytics, automation, and productivity tools, along with enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies that improve efficiency and performance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team culture.

Nice to have qualifications

• Experience in Meta,The Trade Desk, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms.
