As VP, Marketing – Americas, you'll be relentless about delivering pipeline and growth, as well as building the story, campaigns, and market presence to get us there.
You’ll define and deliver the Americas marketing strategy, working shoulder to shoulder with regional growth leadership to convert marketing activations into closed opportunities. You’ll take our global positioning and strategy and convert it into a sharp point of view and GTM motions that clients feel and engage with across every interaction.
You bring 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles within B2B, enterprise, or consulting environments and you’ll bring an understanding of how AI can shape the future of our industry and move marketing forward.

Role responsibilities
- Set and deliver the Americas marketing strategy, driving pipeline and revenue alongside regional growth leads
- Support and lead a team spanning integrated marketing managers, marketing operations, events, partner marketers and performance marketing specialists
- Operate as part of a unified growth team with sales — sharing pipeline goals, joint accountability, and one view of what's working
- Partner with regional leadership, growth, and executive stakeholders to connect marketing directly to growth objectives, pipeline acceleration, client engagement, and market expansion
- Shape Valtech's story as the experience innovation company, building a market position that clients and prospects associate directly with us
- Work with marketing leadership to shape the vision for the marketing function itself — identifying where it's behind and lead the shift to a modern, AI enabled and revenue-driven marketing model
- Guide integrated marketing across brand, performance, thought leadership, communications, events, ABM, and AI-enabled operations, with every initiative tied to a commercial goal
- Support complex B2B enterprise sales cycles through marketing programs built to move deals forward, not just build visibility
- Champion revenue-focused strategies tailored to our focus industries
- Build relationships with regional and global stakeholders, holding marketing to commercial accountability
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the marketing function
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Senior marketing leadership experience (VP level or equivalent) within a B2B enterprise or professional services/consulting environment
- A track record of connecting marketing programs to measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes
- A creative, brand, or communications background, with proven ability to turn it into commercial results
- Experience building and executing regional or multi-market marketing strategies
- Experience managing demand generation and account-based marketing programs supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Experience partnering with executive stakeholders, including sales leadership, on go-to-market and growth strategy

The benefits
This is a full-time position based in Montreal/Toronto, Canadá. The offered salary range is 150,000 - 210,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.
Valtech offers a comprehensive benefits package effective after three months of continuous service:
- A comprehensive insurance plan, where you can choose the module that best suits your needs—Gold, Silver, or Bronze. The employer may contribute up to 80% of your coverage depending on the selected module. This plan includes short- and long-term disability coverage.
- Dialogue via Sun Life provides virtual healthcare services, allowing you to consult with a healthcare professional for emergencies, prescription renewals, and more. You also have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program, as well as a complete mental health support program.
- A $500 Personal Spending Account, which can be used for healthcare reimbursements, gym memberships, public transit passes, office supplies, or contributions to your RRSP through Valtech.
- A retirement plan where Valtech will match 100% of your RRSP contributions through a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), up to a maximum of 4%. You can start contributing to your RRSP immediately, and to the DPSP after 3 months. The vesting of the DPSP will be after a 24 months of service.
- Access to a flexible vacation under Valtech's policy to support your work-life balance, with 5 days available during your probation period and a prorated amount calculated for the remainder of the year.
- Personal Technology Reimbursement – $30/month for every employee-offered on day 1.
- We close during the winter holidays and offer flexible scheduling throughout the year, so you can enjoy those sunny Friday afternoons—provided your weekly hours are completed.
