Commercial Sales Representative (CSR)

About the role

Following strong growth across EMEA, Vectra AI is expanding its sales team in Switzerland. We’re looking for an Account Manager who wants to build a real career in tech sales and cybersecurity.

This role is about creating momentum in the Swiss market: meeting people, opening doors, building trust, and developing new business. You’ll work closely with experienced sales leaders, partners, and engineers, learning fast and taking on more responsibility over time.

The role is based in Switzerland, fully remote within the country, and reports to the Director Alpine.

What you’ll do

• Actively hunt for new business opportunities in your territory. Outbound first, not waiting for leads to fall from the sky
• Build lasting relationships based on trust, credibility, and professionalism
• Develop a strong understanding of Vectra AI’s cybersecurity platform and how we differentiate in the market
• Build and manage pipeline through outbound activity and inbound leads
• Contribute to account planning, territory strategy, and joint go-to-market initiatives
• Support the full sales cycle alongside senior account managers and partners
• Work closely with channel resellers to generate pipeline and close deals

• 3–8 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Swissgerman or German native speaker, fluent English; French is a plus
• Familiarity with sales tools is helpful, but attitude beats tooling
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or similar equivalent real-world experience
• Travel within Switzerlandisrequired depending on business requirements.
