We are looking for an Event & Internal Communications Specialist to join the Veepee Spain Communications team on a temporary basis.
The selected candidate will collaborate with the existing Communications team and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering both internal corporate events and events aimed at brand partners, while also contributing to the development of internal communications through editorial content creation and management of key corporate communication channels.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in corporate event management, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and outstanding writing abilities. The ideal candidate is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring an excellent employee experience.

π REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3β4 years of experience in corporate event management within event agencies, communication agencies, or an in-house Communications & Events department.
- Proven ability to independently manage events from concept to execution.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills, with experience in editorial content and corporate communications.
- Interest in internal communication tools, newsletter platforms, intranets, and collaborative tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good knowledge of Canva or similar tools for content creation.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to communication, productivity, and content creation is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory); French is a plus.
