The Head of TA will define the hiring strategy, raise the bar across every role, and ensure we scale our GTM and Engineering orgs with exceptional talent—fast.

You will serve as the architect of Vibe's growth engine in our NYC Headquarters, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. Vibe’s ability to hit our aggressive 2026 targets depends entirely on the density of talent we bring on board; you ensure we never compromise on quality while hiring at speed. You will build and lead a high-performing team of 5+ recruiters to hunt the top 1% of talent in the market.
Strategy & Leadership
Design scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive annual headcount goals.
Manage a team of 5+ recruiters, driving performance against strict KPIs.
Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill tech roles.
Sourcing & Pipeline
Source passive A-players through creative channels beyond LinkedIn.
Build robust talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Revenue roles.
Deploy employer branding initiatives to position Vibe as a top tech employer.
Process & Operations
Train hiring managers on bar-raising, bias-free interview techniques.
Maintain impeccable data hygiene within the ATS for accurate reporting.
Negotiate complex offers aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation bands.
You have 10+ years of recruitment experience, with significant time spent in-house.
You have led Talent Acquisition at a high-growth, performance-oriented tech company.
You have a track record of hiring senior technical profiles and commercial leaders.
You have managed a team of at least 5 recruiters.
You have proven experience upholding strict hiring standards in a competitive market.
You possess deep knowledge of US employment laws and visa requirements.
Nice to Haves
Experience in the AdTech or Streaming TV industry.
Previous experience scaling a team from Series A to C.
Experience implementing a new ATS from scratch (Ashby).

Compensation includes a base salary range of $210,000-$250,000, with flexibility depending on experience and skill set, plus bonus eligibility.
